Something to admit -

There are four reasons why I will be eating a lot of lentils over the next couple of months. This is the second one.

They didn't have any sets left at the summit, so they sent them to me instead. Look, oh look, how shiny.

An extravagant over-indulgence? Why, yes. But the real killer is that, just like all new things, I have to go through a getting-used-to-the-idea-of-them period before I feel comfortable using them. So they are sitting, smugly, on the bookshelf. These are the smuggest knitting needles I've ever owned.

you could knit for your supper? or rather, offer to bring your bag of smug shiny needles so your hostess can try them out while you stuff yourself full of everything that isn't lentils :-)

hehe... I had a similar idea actually. Ceels - I will do all the grocery shopping if you do all the cooking :)

Hehe,

I got confused there for a minute - when did I comment on this post? oh wait, myself isn't me...

I am lucky my love of the lentil runs deep, but I still think this is an excellent plan.

My plan had much more to do with feeding me than saving you from lentils. But then, I'm fairly sure you knew that... :)
