I am going to Canada in a few months. We will be staying with a friend's parents in Maine (yeah, yeah I know, not Canada) while we are there, so I am making a pair of scarves as a thank you.
It is Debbie Bliss cashmerino aran, which makes my hands happy while I knit, and I used the shadow cable pattern from Barbara Walker's first book.
