Old Friends -

It seems amazing to me that people I have known for only a short time can feel like old, dear friends.

This is a birthday gifts post. Here we see a new set of bookends holding some of my favourite books, now sitting on my Grandma's writing desk which was also a gift this week.

I gave taking a picture of myself wearing the necklace and these earrings a go, but it ended badly. They remind me of many beautiful things and make me feel more beautiful when I am wearing them.
